　　For enterprises that sign up for the "2024 Shenzhen Biotechnology Industry Compliance Operation Risk Investigation Activity", please carefully read the following precautions:

　　1.Enterprises should appoint representatives (1-3) who are familiar with compliance, legal affairs, trade, finance, customs affairs, supply chain management and other aspects to participate in on-site training activities, and appoint one of them to fill in the questionnaire。

　　2.The questionnaire will be filled in online before the activity starts。The enterprise can choose one of the following methods: (1) The enterprise representative can scan the QR code issued by the sponsor，Fill in the questionnaire in advance，And attend on-site training and answer questions;(2) Enterprise representatives bring their own laptops，Fill in the compliance risk investigation questionnaire on site，Enterprise representatives who fill in the questionnaire bring mobile phones (use the mobile phone number provided during registration)，Used to receive the verification code on site。
